It's Ariel, kind of obvious, mermaid and water. But also because she is daring and ambitious.
Pocahontas is air because of her free spirit. "She goes where the wind takes her". And she is very spiritual and adaptable.
Tiana is the only really down-to-earth princess. She is steady and brave, just like earth.
And Jasmine as fire because of her attitude. No one messes with her.
